A new report from market research firm Newzoo reveals that mobile gaming revenue has officially surpassed the combined revenue of console and PC gaming for the first time in history.

The Numbers

Mobile gaming generated $92.6 billion in 2024, compared to $51.8 billion for console and $40.2 billion for PC gaming. This represents a 12% year-over-year growth for the mobile sector.

Games like Genshin Impact, PUBG Mobile, and Honor of Kings continue to drive massive engagement and spending in markets worldwide.
